Welcome to Kiro, a product made by Soumyadeep Dey (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Soumyadeep Dey regarding your access to and use of our website, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Kiro provides Real User Monitoring (RUM) and analytics services that help website owners understand their website's performance, errors, and user experience. Our Services include:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.
We offer several subscription plans with varying features and limits:
By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which will be added where applicable.
Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Dodo Payments. By providing your payment information, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the specified amount.
All purchases are final. Refunds are not applicable. If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel at any time and will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial months or unused time.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting billing@kiro-webb.vercel.app.
Upon cancellation:
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any material price increases.

Our beacon script may only be installed on websites you own or have explicit permission to monitor. You are responsible for complying with all applicable privacy laws and regulations regarding data collection from your website visitors, including providing appropriate disclosures and obtaining necessary consents.
You retain all rights to your data. By using our Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.
We may use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics, research, and service improvement purposes. This data cannot be used to identify you or your users.
Upon account deletion or subscription downgrade, your data will be handled in accordance with our data retention policies as described in our Privacy Policy. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting contact@kiro-webb.vercel.app.
All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to software, code, text, graphics, logos, and images, are owned by Soumyadeep Dey or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for their intended purpose.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of our software, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.
Our Services may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of service of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soumyadeep Dey and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to our Services; (b) your violation of any provision of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our Services shall first be addressed through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India. The arbitration shall take place in New Delhi, India, and shall be conducted in English.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of our Services following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and Soumyadeep Dey concerning our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.
